How long are order processing times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns as each individual item is made to order. Exchanges are only accepted for orders with items that are defective. Please see our refund policy for more information.
Can I customize a product?
Any of our products can be customized to your needs. We charge a 20% flat rate fee for customizations. Contact us for more information regarding custom orders.
